4 Station Midi-Dist™ Distillation System

The system is comprised of four complete borosilicate glass units and a 4 position aluminum heat block and apparatus holder, coated with Teflon® for corrosion resistance. Glassware, heater, water and vacuum manifolds, controls, and connections are integrated into a single, compact system.

Ten Station Midi-Distillation System

The Midi-Distillation System is comprised of 10 complete borosilicate glass units and a 10 position aluminum heat block and apparatus holder, coated with Teflon® for corrosion resistance. Glassware, heater, water and vacuum manifolds, controls, and connections are integrated into a single, compact system.

The system has a capacity of up to ten 50 mL liquid or sludge samples. Available for 110 volt or 220 volt service, the 1000 watt heater automatically holds a 125°C temperature with a temperature protection switch and fuse to protect the system and operator. Total weight, completely assembled, is 28 lbs. with a footprint 24" along the front panel and 10" along the side. The 10 position vacuum manifold utilizes 10 Teflon needle valves for individual adjustments. Tubing connections employ quick disconnect/shutoff fittings for uninterrupted installation and removal of glassware.
